Where to start.
Almost every engagement begins in the same place. A Brand Review: a clear read on where your brand is costing you, and a ninety-day plan for fixing it.
What it is
Here is what the brand is costing you today.
Most brands are not failing loudly. They are leaking, quietly, in the gap between what a business is and what people understand it to be. The Brand Review finds that gap and prices it.
It is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement with a defined scope. You get a straight assessment and a plan you can act on, whether or not you ever work with us again.
What you get
An honest read
Where your positioning, identity, and communications are working, and where they are quietly costing you attention, preference, or trust. Evidence before claim.
The gap, named
The distance between what you are and what your audience currently believes, stated plainly enough to act on. This is usually the part clients have never had put into words.
A prioritised ninety-day plan
What to fix, in what order, and what to leave alone for now. Sequenced so the early moves pay for the later ones.
A read on what comes next
An honest view of whether you need an ongoing partner, a one-off project, or nothing at all. We will tell you if the answer is nothing.
Who it is for
Worth doing if you recognise this.
The work is good, the market has not noticed
You are confident in what you deliver, and it is not translating into attention or preference.
You are busy, and it is not compounding
There is plenty of activity, posts and campaigns and updates, with nothing that adds up.
Nobody can say what you stand for
Ask three people in the business to describe it, and you get three different answers.
You are about to spend real money
A launch, a raise, or a funding case, and you would rather be sure of the story first.
Where it leads
A beginning, not a commitment.
The Brand Review is deliberately self-contained. You get the read and the plan, and you can act on both without us.
What follows is a separate decision, made once you have something concrete in front of you rather than a pitch. Some clients take the plan and run it themselves. Some continue on a retainer or a scoped project. Some find the honest answer is that they did not need much at all, and we say so.
That is the point of starting here. It costs you one defined engagement to find out what you are actually dealing with.
Tell us what you are working on.
A short conversation is enough for us both to tell whether a Brand Review is the right place to start. Fees depend on scope, and we will quote before anything begins.
